Come enjoy this wonderfully updated three bedroom and two bathroom home located on Palmetto Dunes' 11 Mile Lagoon system and overlooking the championship Robert Trent Jones Golf Course!
The kitchen really shines in this gorgeous home. Features include custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a huge island providing ample space to prepare a meal. Coming fully-equipped, you'll have everything you need to dine in with the whole family. Just off the kitchen is a full-size laundry room.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six guests.
Enter the living area with its new and comfortable beach-contemporary furniture and overall theme. A long wall of large windows reveals the private pool area and of course the lagoon and Robert Trent Jones golf course views. Off the kitchen and living areas, is a screened-in Carolina Room, making perfect use of the space to accentuate the incredible view. The Carolina room has a built-in propane grill along with a sofa and a couple chairs to relax in.
The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The bathroom has been completely redesigned with aged brass finishes which perfectly compliment the theme of the home and, in particular, this bathroom. A large custom-tiled walk-in shower accompanies the space.
The second bedroom is down the hall from the primary and features a queen bed and a guest bathroom. The bathroom is outside the bedroom and features high-profile designs and a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
Across the foyer and down another hallway is the third bedroom, which contains a queen bed.
Relax beside your private pool and breathe in the fresh air on one of several chaise lounges! The pool has two small water features, similar to small bubblers, which adults and children alike will enjoy! The view is panoramic and must be seen in the flesh to truly comprehend its beauty.
The beach is easily reached by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which a seasonal, and free, on-call shuttle service provided within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Marina.
Pool heat is not available with this home.
No pets are allowed at this property.

10 Full Sweep was the nicest property we’ve stayed at yet in Palmetto Dunes. House was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had many upgraded items, like the grill, outdoor pool cushions and fluffy towels. But best of all was the location, with the sun shining all day over the lagoon! If the house had more bedrooms I would stay there every time!!

Stayed at 10 Full Sweep- a beautiful, peaceful 3 bedroom with incredible views of the lagoon by the Jones course. Convenient to everything- easy walk to beach. We’ll-equipped with updated appliances. Lovely sun porch with super grill. Extremely pleased with every aspect of our one month stay.

Wife and I enjoyed an off-season vacation in this beautiful home. Great accomodations and attention to details - comfortable mattress, working appliances, etc. View was fantastic and enjoyed the outdoor living spaces, although it was a little cold for the pool.
We just spent three delightful weeks in this wonderful house. The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and everything worked!
The location was perfect for watching the wildlife in the lagoon and the golfers across the way. We need help with a few simple things while we're there (related to the internet and alarm system.) Response from Palmetto Dunes was immediate. We'll be back next February!
