On a scale of 1-5 stars, 5 stars being best, our vacation at 8 Flagg Road (aka Drive) was an 11 star vacation. The house is awesome with great space, layout, amenities, appliances, comfort and near-perfect distance to walk to the beach access. VERY quiet both because of the neighborhood and the solid construction. And, the family-friendly extras made our stay exactly what we needed - family fun. Thank you for having a ping pong table!!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful getaway week at 8 Flagg Drive. The house was beautifully decorated and maintained and had lots of space for everyone to spread out and have their R&R. Great proximity to the beach and was super easy to walk and bike to (10-15 min). Pool and nice back yard was a welcomed bonus to hang out and relax while we grilled or after a day of activities. Would love to return next time we are in HH! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our kids and their families. We had 6 adults and 3 children (4 - 7 y/o) The pool was a big hit with the little ones. The kitchen opening to the dining room allowed us to all eat "together" at the same time. We would definitely recommend this to families traveling together.

Very nice experience except the dirty living room skylight-only one side. Sitting on the couch you look up and see the dirty wall.

We came with our children, son-in-law and grandson for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration, and had such a wonderful stay. Golfing on George Fazio course, so close to the property was very enjoyable as were daily walks around the beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again and will recommend to family and friends who are planning to visit HHI. Thank you for a very relaxing stay. Your home is very elegantly furnished while remaining cozy.

Home was very clean, accommodating 4 of us, fully stocked in terms of utensils, tv's, game room -

This home is perfect for people traveling with children. I also brought my mother and it has a nice extra room upstairs. Every bedroom is an en suite! My an and daughter had their own space. There is 1 room with 2 twin beds. My son used one bed to watch tv and play and the other for sleeping. The master bedroom is downstairs which provided my husband and I some privacy. The pool is small. More like a plunge pool but we didn’t use it much because it was cooler when we visited. Location to the beach is outstanding! You can walk there in 10 minutes or less. A+ home.

House is remodeled except for the master bathroom. Some tile work in other bathrooms is subpar. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. We missed having bathrobes. Great layout with four en suite bathrooms. Great location. Pool was cold but not surprising for March. The primary shower handle was inoperable & maintenance responded within 24 hrs which was good.

The house looked like it was recently renovated at least the main floor that is. It was a perfect place for 4 guys each with their own room. Big screen TV in the main living area was perfect for watching sports after a long day of golf.

We had a wonderful stay over thanksgiving. The home has been beautifully updated on the main level and the entire home was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The proximity to the beach and the amenities of Palmetto Dunes make this home one we will definitely visit again.
