This elevated first floor unit has been completely remodeled and updated! You will feel instantly on vacation the minute you walk in through the doors! There is beautiful decor and calming, coastal colors throughout the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen features stunning quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances for cooking with your friends or family. At the kitchen counter, there is additional seating that looks out with an open concept that flows into the dining area and living room. The dining area seats six comfortably. The living room has two sofas and a love seat for plenty of seating with an HDTV when you need some time to relax during your vacation. There is a slider that goes out onto your private patio with views of the 11 mile lagoon and mature trees draped in Spanish moss. The patio provides a wonderful place to sit and relax during your stay.

The Primary Suite has a King bed and an HDTV. An en-suite updated bathroom features a quartz vanity with a tiled tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and an HDTV. The updated en-suite bathroom has a quartz vanity with a tiled tub and shower combination.

This is truly an exceptional vacation home! Centre Court is a convenient walk to the Robert Trent Jones and George Fazio Golf Courses, Tennis Center Pickleball Center, General Store ,Alexander's Restaurant and of course the beach! There is even a seasonal on call Dunes Buggy Shuttle that can take you throughout the resort. This fabulous villa is close to everything wonderful Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Everything was really great about our condo at 7805. There is one issue about no blinds on the patio door. Management tells us it is not required but we were not happy with it. All previous condos we rented had blinds and I think they all should.

Very nice condo! Fresh, and clean and well appointed and in a great location. Very convenient to the beach, golf, tennis, pickleball, biking and the General Store. The only negative was that the upholstery on the living room furniture was dingy and in need of cleaning.

Enjoyed the pickleball tournament. Also enjoyed long bike rides and walks. October weather is perfect on HHI. The Dunes House and Big Jims both provided excellent lunch choices. Evenings on the quiet back porch sipping wine, talking and reading. Great spot to relax!

We found the Villa very nice and comfortable. Great layout for two couples with each bedroom suite separated by the living / kitchen areas, making them more private. This is an updated unit versus many of the other Center Court units and is well equipped in the kitchen. Everything was as advertised or better than expected. Plus a great location. One suggested improvement would be a deadbolt on the entry door. There is not a way to lock from the door from anyone having an access code. Additionally, the slider to the deck only can be secured with a pole in the track.

Loved the villa! It had been redone and it was very neat and clean. The layout was perfect for the two couples that shared it. We will go back again when we want to go to Hilton Head.
