You'll love your stay at this two bedroom villa in Turnberry Village! The kitchen has been fully renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while also being fully-stocked to meet your family's cooking needs. The dining area formally seats six, with bar seating for an additional three. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas and features an HDTV, comfortable furniture and a slider to your private deck. Rounding out the first floor is the primary bedroom with a King Size bed, HDTV, and a full size laundry room/closet. The downstairs bathroom consists of an updated granite vanity and walk-in shower. Heading upstairs, you come upon the loft with its two twin beds. Bedroom 2 features a King bed and HDTV. This bedroom and the loft twin beds share a bathroom. The bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination. New luxury vinyl planks have been installed throughout the villa along with new carpeting. Outside on your private deck you'll enjoy outdoor dining with excellent views of the fairways and a tee box of the George Fazio Golf Course! The beach can be accessed by a couple minute drive to the Dunes House, 15 minutes by bike or by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle which is an on-demand resort shuttle!

The villa was outstanding. Clean, open and airy. It had all the amenities that you could wish for. It was close to the ocean and a short bike ride to Shelter Cove. We had a small problem and it was settled quickly by the PD staff who were friendly and very helpful.
Great stay for our vacation!

This was our first time renting a property at Palmetto Dunes, and it will likely not be the last. Staying in the villa was far superior to staying in the Marriott hotel, even if we didn’t have ocean view. Our villa was equipped with everything we needed, was clean, and had an amazing location right on the golf course. It was an easy 3 minute drive to the beach, where we always had plenty of parking space at the Dunes House.
The villa was clean and we lacked nothing, but the place could use some updating. The floors upstairs, the washer and dryer, and the cabinets doors are all really squeaky. The mattress in the bedroom not of the best quality either.
Overall, these were not enough to spoil our vacation, because we only had people sleeping upstairs for 3 nights, but for future family travels I would likely look into a more updated unit in the resort.
The staff was also really great! We had been previously at other similar resort properties and were met by dull unhappy customer service representatives who were quick to point out the list of our responsibilities rather than privileges of being there. NOT HERE at Palmetto Dunes!! The front desk staff was super kind and cheerful offering a really speedy check in, welcoming us with 4 discount cards to the resort amenities and kingly reminding us to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher at our departure. No other rules and regulations!! It was great!!
We will sure come back to Palmetto Dunes, God’s willing!

From check in to check out the entire process was flawless. The Palmetto Dunes Staff was awesome! I particularly appreciated the excellent communication through text and hospitality app. We had a few minor problems with the Villa which were addressed and solved in a very timely manner. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Pickelball instructors and complex were awesome as well. A really relaxed and enjoyable time spent at Palmetto Dunes Resort.
Enjoyed the condo. Nicely updated. PD responded well to replacing the grill. Very functional kitchen.
