You are going to love staying in this wonderfully updated two bedroom Inverness villa directly on the George Fazio Golf Course! This villa has been nicely decorated throughout with the beach in mind.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with custom cabinetry. You will love cooking meals for your friends and family in this updated kitchen. Adjacent to the open concept kitchen, there is a countertop bar with additional seating and the dining table which seats six. The living room provides numerous seating options for the whole family and features a smart TV and slider to the private patio. Outside on your patio there are plenty of seating options with sweeping views of George Fazio Golf Course.
The main bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is updated with its fantastic custom-tiled tub and shower combination. The second bedroom also has one queen and one twin bed along with its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is also updated and features a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
The Inverness community pool is just a minute walk away making it convenient for adults and children alike! This villa is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has offer: golf, pickleball, tennis, fishing, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach! The beach is easily accessed by an estimated five minute bike ride, couple minute drive or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy, an on-call shuttle service.

Stayed in 934 Inverness it was a perfect place to stay! The condo was well equipped ,nicely furnished and plenty of room for everyone. I was a little disappointed in the pool. Beside being on the small size it looked green. Noticed on our second day the pool was closed.

This house has everything we could ask for... it is very nice with great proximity to the pool and a long walk or short shuttle ride to the beach. It is also convenient to many restaurants.

My wife and I spent six days at this property, playing all of the courses in Palmetto Dunes. Perfectly sized for the two of us( comfortable for four).
The place was very clean and had adequate dishes, glasses, cooking gear.
Patio opens up to 7th hole of the Fabio course.

Loved the property, the use of the beaches and pool, the view of the golf course. Would love to go back!
934 Inverness was wonderful. The owner has an eye for detail for decor and comfort. Well appointed and stocked with everything for a comfortable stay. The villa was in a prime location on the 7th fairway of the Fazio course. We will be back for sure.
