Welcome to paradise! This beautifully updated end unit has panoramic views of the 11 mile lagoon and the George Fazio golf course that you can enjoy from your private deck. The coastal colors and décor will relax you immediately. The owner has spared no expense in upgrades, brand new furnishings and art work.
The well equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Cooking for your family or friends is easy in this contemporary kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the 2 story villa. The kitchen opens up into both the dining room and living room. The dining table seats 6. The cozy living room has plenty of seating, a built in custom made bookcase with a large HDTV and sliders out to your own private deck. Outside, the deck has seating and a table with an umbrella and your own grill. The views from the deck are breath taking!
The primary king bedroom has a smart tv and slider out to the deck. The updated primary bathroom has a double vanity and a walk in tiled shower. Down the hall is a bedroom that has 2 twin beds and a smart tv. The updated twin bathroom has a tub shower combination.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with 2 double beds and a separate loft area. The updated upstairs bathroom has a walk in stone pebbled shower. The open loft, next to the bedroom, looks out onto the both the living area and deck with beautiful views. The loft has a smart tv and plenty of room to sit and chill out after a great day at Palmetto Dunes!
Inverness Village is located near the George Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes. The community amenities include an onsite pool and private tennis courts. The beach, which is less than a mile away, is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal on call free shuttle service.
You are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: golfing, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, the 11 mile lagoon, the beach, shopping, restaurants and miles of bike paths!

This is the best Palmetto dunes Villa that we have ever stayed at. We come every year to PD and look forward to coming back to this one in the future! The view was beautiful from multiple angles in the home. The custom furniture was thoughtfully designed and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped Layout was perfect for our family of 7. It’s right across the bridge from the pool directly on the lagoon. We drove to the beach access at Disney.

I love Hilton Head and been coming during the summer for years. I've stayed at several villas and condos but this one, is my favorite! Beautifully decorated, gorgeous views and very quiet. I loved it so much, I booked it twice! I highly recommend,

We were on vacation with a group of 6 friends. We went to indian rocks beach on the second Saturday in September. The hurricane forced us out 11 days later. We left there on Friday morning. Went to McDonald's and tried to find somewhere to go. I called palmetto dunes. Short while later we were on our way to phase 2 vacation. We arrived to find a beautiful condo can't complain about a thing. We enjoyed the second part of our vacation. My husband and I have been to HH numerous times in the last 25 years. We fell in love with the island again. Thank you so much.
