Located on the prestigious Palmetto Dunes eleven mile lagoon system, this four bedroom home with private pool and spa is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and a ten minute bike ride to Shelter Cove with its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping.
This single-story island retreat comes with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large family room with high ceilings and a 65-inch Smart TV. Step outside the sliding glass doors to the pool area for an incredible indoor/outdoor experience. The home comes with a private dock, outdoor grilling area, fire pit, spa & pool and ample seating. After a day of exploration, return to your coastal oasis and gather around the fire pit for an evening of storytelling and stargazing. Roast marshmallows, share laughter, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
The Primary and front guest room have mounted TV’s equipped with Apple TV and hi-speed internet. This home has four bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen), 3 ½ baths inside and 1 full bath located by the pool.
This home is strategically located - it’s less than a mile to the beach, less than a mile to Shelter Cove, and less than two miles to either the Robert Trent Jones golf course or the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickle ball center. It’s the perfect place for your next vacation.
The spa can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.
No pets are allowed at this property.

This home has it all . It was the perfect location on the lagoon for fishing and just a short bike ride to the beach . The home is laid out perfect for families or couples . We will be back .

We had a great time at Hilton Head Island, we had an amazing experience from the first moment we arrived there. Palmetto Dunes is extraordinary for the family and the house was 10 points. We can't ask for more, we had all in this trip. We hope to back soon (4 of July 2024?)

Property was excellent. The only improvement needed was the gas grill. Needs to be replaced or needs some replacement parts. One of the main reasons for choosing the property was the hot tub and pool. I wasn’t told the hot tub isn’t turned on until June 1. I thought the $700 charge to turn on the hot tub was excessive. Overall it was a great rental experience!

We love so much coming to Palmeto Dunes. We have come many times over the years and we always come back because there is nothing like it! We have the best family memories here. Our stay at 79 Port Tack has been wonferful each time we’ve come. We plan to continue to come back and make new memories that will last and we hope our kids talk about one day to their kids.

We had a wedding for Mother’s Day weekend and decided to turn it into a weeklong family vacation. The unit we rented was perfect! It was extremely clean and loved that everything was on the ground floor and the open view from the den was beautiful. We even saw several deer one morning. And every evening we enjoyed sitting out by the pool and enjoying the gorgeous weather. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone Wanting a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery.
Our stay was wonderful. Very relaxing. Home was nicely furnished. It was perfect for our four couples. The bicycle cut through to the main road was great which made it very convenient to reach Shelter Cove. Parking at the Disney lot was super convenient. The long mat made accessing the beach easy for our older guest.
