5404 Hampton Place is a beautifully decorated one bedroom and two bath villa. It is located on the 4th floor with a stunning ocean view looking over lush greenery.
Upon entering the villa, you will notice the serene blue walls which create and light and airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a bar counter with seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which features a table for six this open to the living room with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a sliding door that leads out to the main balcony which also connects to the bedroom.
Off the living area is the primary bedroom which has a king sized bed and a smart TV and a sliding door for convenient balcony access. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and a stall shower.
The Hampton Place complex features an adults only lap pool, large community pool, hot tub, children's pool, gas grill, covered pavilion with tables for enjoying an outdoor lunch in the shade!

We love Palmetto Dunes and Hampton Place. We thought the unit was very well appointed, comfortable and quiet.
Great unit for a couple. Beautiful views!
Our only suggestion is possibly a new mattress.

Our fifth trip to Hampton Place and our sixth will occur later this summer. Great location, great views, great floor plans. Palmetto Dunes offers many activities in a calm, beautiful and well maintained environment. Restaurants and shopping are “across the street” making everything easy.

Great vacation fir five weeks. An annual trip. Love all the activities and or condo on the beach was perfect other than the mattress. Had to buy a foamy to survive the nights. Always love the area and cycling everywhere.

We spentfive days in this beautiful oceanview apartment. We listened to the waves on the beach at night. We enjoyed the warm sunshine and oceanview on the balcony. A short walk to a calm, clean beach. Everyone is walking along the shoreline, many with dogs or bikes. And some with their dog in their bike. Pickleball courts are within walking distance. Sign up in advance for roundrobins, clinics, or lessons. EVERYONE will be there! The small pool is heated and is a nice break! I hope I can return! You should too!
