4 Cockle Ct. is a Beautiful Coastal Chic Home just a 5 minute walk to the beach!
Upon entering this open concept home you will immediately notice the stunning architectural details of the archways and the high vaulted ceilings. When walking through the arched openings you will be lead into the main living space. The large windows overlook the private pool and spa and let in a copious amount of natural light which makes the room bright and airy. There is plenty of seating in this room making it perfect for the whole family to get together and watch a move at night on the 55 mounted smart TV.
The gourmet kitchen is adjacent to the living space and features all top of the line stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry with gold accents. The large island with 4 barstools is great for prepping meals for the family or just having a quick bite. There is also a large round dining table alongside the kitchen for six. There is a door from the dining area that leads out to the bamboo surrounded backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and gas grill.
On the main floor of the house you will also find the full laundry room, a powder room and the primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a king size four poster bed, comfortable chairs for two, and a smart TV. The en suite bath has a double vanity, clawfoot soaking tub and a separate shower. There is a door that leads out to the pool area as well.
On the mid-level of the home you will find two queen bedrooms, both have smart TV's and share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with a combo shower/tub.
On the upper floor of the home there are two more bedrooms. One features two double beds as well as a twin day bed. This room has and en suite bathroom with a combo shower/tub.
Across the expansive "cat walk" that overlooks the main living area is the second master bedroom with a king size bed, two comfortable chairs for curling up with your favorite book and an en suite bath with walk in shower. There is also an additional desk which can be used as a workspace.
This home has all of the modern comforts to make your Hilton Head Vacation a memorable one!
The spa and pool can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.

We had a wonderful time as usual. The home was beautiful clean and accommodating.
There were some minor issues. The pool had to be shocked on Saturday and as a result we could not use it on Saturday evening.
The back doorknob fell off. Literally simply came off. It was repaired promptly by your staff and worked well all week. We were told that you could no longer get parts for it. I was surprised at that!
The pool was the only issue. It was never really cleaned.
Chlorine was added, we skimmed it as we should I don’t expect someone to do that every day. The bottom was green most of the week.
I don’t want to sound like a complainer. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
I would book this property again. Actually I have in the past. The last time The day before we arrived it was struck by lightning. The air conditioner needed to be replaced and all the TVs were out.
This time none of that and like I said it’s beautiful and would book again!

The house was very nice, however many of the outlets in the upstairs bedrooms didn’t work, and there was a large dead cockroach under one of the sinks. Also, when I called two weeks before our arrival to ask about turning on the heat for the hot tub, the person who answered the phone (a man) was incredibly rude.

We had a great time! The house is bright and airy. Loved the kitchen and dining space. We spent most of our time outside in town and then our evenings at home. We rented bikes and had them delivered to the home. We never used our car and instead rode bikes everywhere; the marina is the furthest bike ride, took about 20 minutes with kids. Lots of fun! Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Would definitely go again.
We were a group of eight women friends enjoying a trip to play pickleball, ride bikes, and have fun together. The house was the perfect size for our group and it has an excellent location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had every amenity we needed.
