This beautifully decorated three-bedroom Hilton Head villa offers the perfect coastal retreat, just a short walk to the beach and only steps from the community pool.
This updated villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a 50-inch HDTV in the living room, and dining seating for seven. The bright and open living area includes sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, creating the perfect space to relax after a day in the sun.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor and features a king bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the patio.
Upstairs, two guest bedrooms each include a private bathroom and their own balcony. One bedroom overlooks the community pool, while the other offers its own private outdoor space to enjoy the coastal breeze.

The rental was clean, the community pool being directly behind the unit was a huge bonus, and it fit 10 of us comfortably. We really had no issues at all, the only "hiccup" was that the door code given to us at the welcome center was incorrect but the one listed in the app worked so no harm done!

Very nice stay. Located close to everything. Great ocean restaurant. Place was great for families if all ages. Loved having bike rentals right on property. Pool was nice as well.

We had a great stay at 36 Water Oak. Location was very nice. Accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed the beach, the pickleball courts, the golf courses and the pool. Our condo rental had plenty of room for all of us to have a little space of our own, but also ample space to hang out together. Overall, a nicely updated condo. The bathrooms upstairs are still a little dated, but hoping they are next on the list for renovations. They functioned fine.

Perfect condo/villa for group of 4 guys. Modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
My stay was outstanding from start to finish. The property was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly situated for relaxing and enjoying all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. As always, the resort staff goes above and beyond. Everything feels well-run, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. This is exactly why I continue choosing Palmetto Dunes. Highly recommended families, or groups looking for a memorable Hilton Head vacation.
