The kitchen is well-equipped with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the utensils and appliances you need for meal prep. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six. The living room continues the beach-contemporary theme and includes a sectional sofa, side chair, and large Smart TV. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor for guest use.

The first-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, a landing with a comfortable couch and wall-mounted Smart TV leads to two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a king bed plus a twin bunk set, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom features two queen beds, Smart TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled tub/shower combination.

Step outside to your private deck with an outdoor dining table and propane grill, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing while taking in the golf course views.

The villa’s prime location provides easy access to the beach, either with a short walk or by calling the seasonal, on-call Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Within walking distance, you’ll also find the Robert Trent Jones clubhouse, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Alexander's Restaurant, the General Store, and Big Jim’s Restaurant.

Complex pool is open April 1 - September 30 and hours and dates are subject to change.

We had 6 adults, 2 children & one infant in which the 3 brs accommodated nicely! Beautifully decorated, living room was tight for all of us but overflow sat in dining room! Couch wasn’t comfortable for us seemed too short when u sat & very firm! Outside deck had plenty of chairs, big gas bbq, & amazing views of the 18th hole on Robert Trent Golf course & saw deer every day, 5 min walk to pool & pathway across the street to beach! Kitchen was perfect adequate cooking & plenty of dish ware! There r two bar stools on the island which pic doesn’t show (dining table sits 6) that helped with our large family! Villa was spotless! There was an outside closet of beach stuff including a wagon & couple of beach chairs, & sand toys, which should be noted in description since we drove down with a lot we didn’t need! PD Mgmt was great to deal with this is our 2nd time using them & would highly recommend! King bed in master br was extremely firm just not our preference! The other beds in villa were great &spacious! It’s an open layout of kitchen, dining room & living room but again we had 8 plus an infant can’t imagine 10 people being comfortable in the Villa! Just my opinion! PD General store is in walking distance but used Krogers most of the time! We rented bikes from Cross Island Cruisers they were great & more reasonably priced! We dined at Skull Creek Boathouse, Top Daug Tavern (Shelter Cove) & Frankie Bones all excellent! Then we bbq other nights! We used Dolphin & Nature tour out of Broad Creek & were very happy with them, again reasonable prices! We also went to The Coastal Discovery Center was amazing they offer a scavenger hunt for children everyday! I would def recommend but keep in mind the space!

We rented a villa while in town for a wedding. The home was very nice and very conveniently located. We could walk to the beach and even to the wedding which was also in the resort. We would definitely vacation in Palmetto Dunes again.
