The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the entry and features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area that comfortably seats eight guests and flows seamlessly into the main living space. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room, which opens to a private service yard. Outdoor living is a highlight of this villa, with both a ground-level patio and an upper-level private deck accessed by a spiral staircase. While the patio does not provide direct beach access, the sand and shoreline are just steps away. The elevated deck features lounge chaises and a high-top table, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and unforgettable sunrise experiences.
Each bedroom in the villa offers ocean views, direct access to the patio, and its own television. The spacious primary suite includes a large HDTV, sliding glass doors to the patio, a generous walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom across the villa features two queen beds, a private patio, and access to a beautifully updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a double bed, a small TV, patio access, and a private half bath. Every room in the villa is designed to capture the beauty and tranquility of the oceanfront setting.
Additional features include access to the complex pool, which is open from April 1 through September 30, subject to change, and a strict no-pets policy. The unit is practically on the beach! Great views from the balcony and a nice location on the island. My only issue/regret is that the view shown for this unit appears to show the ocean from the patio. However, you have to go up to the balcony for the great views. This would have been okay, but I had my mom with me, who cannot do steps. Access to the beach is about 50 yards away, which was not bad (no walking over the dunes).

We love Palmetto Dunes. I was a bit disappointed in the housekeeping. The villa was dusty. The patio furniture was not in good condition and dirty.

Great time with a group of 5 other girls for a 50th birthday. some small suggestions:
* Access to the gate by the beach and grill, the code did not work that was provided.
* Schedule of the outside beach grill/bar to know if it was going to be open or closed. Happened to be closed for two days due to a wedding.
* Replace shower liners in the show and better water release from the shower, you ended taking a shower with half the water in the tub because of slow draining.
* master bathroom toilet had to be pumped almost after every use because got clogged easy.
* update the extra bathroom steam shower, did not seem to serve a purpose.
Very well laid out, very clean and comfortable. Wish you could of stopped the rain, but even with rain we all enjoyed our stay.

We loved 2 Beach Villa. The location was great and private. Great having Dunes House Grill close by. Nice having ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room. The labels on light and fan switches and instructions for TV and WiFi were appreciated. Enjoyed the big, comfortable couches. Wonderful having our own parking spot. Had it not been for the construction noise in 1 Beach Villa, it would have been outstanding. Hammers, cutting saws, and drilling started at 7:30 a.m. and went on until 5 pm on 4 days of our stay. It was wonderful when it was quiet. Tonya(sp?) of Palmetto Dunes Guest Services did provide compensation for all the noise we had to endure and apologized. Front Desk personnel at Palmetto Dunes (not Tonya) would benefit from some empathy training for guests when reporting issues. Response of "it's out of our control" with no apology or understanding is not good customer service.
Beautiful balcony views! Walking distance to all the amenities! Great time with the whole family right on the beach. Excellent layout for family fun and privacy.
