This three bedroom Palmetto Dunes Beach Villa is located directly on the sand and will surely meet all of your expectations for the perfect island vacation.
The living room was recently updated with high-end designer furniture and accents and was freshly painted. The kitchen features granite countertops and custom cabinetry while being fully-equipped with all the accoutrement of home. The kitchen, living and dining areas are adorned with travertine flooring throughout. Each bedroom offers an oceanfront view, HDTV, slider doors to the patio, and a private bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a large walk-in shower.
The deck spans the entire back of this villa overlooking the ocean, palm trees, and morning sunrises on the Atlantic.
There are no rentals closer to the ocean than Beach Villas in all of Hilton Head. Beach Villas are located just steps away from the Dunes House Bar and Grill with easy access to all amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer.

Great villa, newly redecorated with a great layout. So easy to get to the beach with incredible view from upper sun deck. Walk to Dunes House for

The unit is practically on the beach! Great views from the balcony and a nice location on the island. My only issue/regret is that the view shown for this unit appears to show the ocean from the patio. However, you have to go up to the balcony for the great views. This would have been okay, but I had my mom with me, who cannot do steps. Access to the beach is about 50 yards away, which was not bad (no walking over the dunes).

We love Palmetto Dunes. I was a bit disappointed in the housekeeping. The villa was dusty. The patio furniture was not in good condition and dirty.

Great time with a group of 5 other girls for a 50th birthday. some small suggestions:
* Access to the gate by the beach and grill, the code did not work that was provided.
* Schedule of the outside beach grill/bar to know if it was going to be open or closed. Happened to be closed for two days due to a wedding.
* Replace shower liners in the show and better water release from the shower, you ended taking a shower with half the water in the tub because of slow draining.
* master bathroom toilet had to be pumped almost after every use because got clogged easy.
* update the extra bathroom steam shower, did not seem to serve a purpose.
Very well laid out, very clean and comfortable. Wish you could of stopped the rain, but even with rain we all enjoyed our stay.

We loved 2 Beach Villa. The location was great and private. Great having Dunes House Grill close by. Nice having ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room. The labels on light and fan switches and instructions for TV and WiFi were appreciated. Enjoyed the big, comfortable couches. Wonderful having our own parking spot. Had it not been for the construction noise in 1 Beach Villa, it would have been outstanding. Hammers, cutting saws, and drilling started at 7:30 a.m. and went on until 5 pm on 4 days of our stay. It was wonderful when it was quiet. Tonya(sp?) of Palmetto Dunes Guest Services did provide compensation for all the noise we had to endure and apologized. Front Desk personnel at Palmetto Dunes (not Tonya) would benefit from some empathy training for guests when reporting issues. Response of "it's out of our control" with no apology or understanding is not good customer service.
Beautiful balcony views! Walking distance to all the amenities! Great time with the whole family right on the beach. Excellent layout for family fun and privacy.
