The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Our only suggestion is that the refrigerator should have an ice maker. The three ice cube trays just aren't enough for 10 people.

This was a family reunion for us , including our 3 children, spouses, grandchildren a friends, 11 of us in total. This 6 bedroom home acommodated us perfectly. The home , the pool, and location are excellent. The rental agency promptly handled the minor issues we had. Some observations for the agency and the owners are : closer inspection of cleaning since flooors and closets had dust and dirt, excess pillows had no pillow cases, silverware was was inadequate. The ouside grill should be replaced. Although furniture was newer and of good quality, the dining room could only seat 6 people which is insuffient for a larger group. Overall this is a great rental which I highly recommend.

We had a great stay at 193 Mooring Buoy. Everything was perfect. Pictures represent the home well. We particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of riding bikes on with little traffic on the streets around the house and the privacy at the beautiful pool. All around a wonderful experience!

The house, pool and outside areas are very good. The bedrooms work perfectly, kitchen and other rooms provide lots of good space for our family.
The property was clean on our arrival. All fixtures and appliances were in good working order. The only issue was the door to the deck from the family room, with its bottom strip would slip out and keep the door from being able to open. We reported and immediately a handyman came and fixed it, but it continued to be a problem. Needs to be repaired.
I would definite recommend this house. It is super location to the beach, and the beach access. It is located at the end of the street, so it is quiet.
We love the beach, and the pool. The General Store is very convenient and our family went twice to the Toptracer Range.

We had the best time the house was located in the best area the Restaurants were fantastic golfing was great weather was perfect.

I always book through Palmetto Dunes Realty. Loyalty. They have earned it. The staff are professional and try to be helpful whenever you need them. They are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. My friends and I place our vacation in their hands and we’re never sorry. Case in point. Less than a week to go til our most recent vacation, the staff informed us that our home was not available due to construction/repair delays. They immediately switched our reservation to this beautiful home. We were very pleased and appreciative of their regard for us and their kindness in providing this alternative. The home is beautifully decorated, on a canal, and situated on a quiet cul de sac. The home is spacious with five well appointed bedrooms including two master bedrooms, and all contain en-suite bathrooms, plus a half bath on the first floor. There is also a den with en-suite bathroom which was a surprise. We were four ladies who each had our pick of bedrooms. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking, eating, and drinking supplies. Large refrigerator. Like most homes though, rooms had to be made in the cabinets for our groceries. That seems to be a constant in homes and I don’t know why there is never a whole cabinet left open for just this purpose. Bring your Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, baggies or Tupperware for food leftovers. Be aware the home has very many steep steps up to the front door and their are additional steps into the foyer and up to four bedrooms on the second floor. This is not a home for those with mobility issues. Be careful that you have all three thermostats at the same temperature as it will take a super long time to adjust since it’s such a beautiful large open airy home. Highly recommend the home and the real estate company. Thanks for another great vacation week. See you next year.
