This wonderfully updated one-bedroom St. Andrews Villa would be perfect for a couple's getaway!
The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen bar seats three. The kitchen will be fully-equipped making cooking at home an easy task! The adjoining dining area table seats four. The living area is nicely decorated and is outfitted with an HDTV.
Completing this single-level villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, HDTV, and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of an elegant custom-tiled walk-in shower.
Outside you can enjoy a private patio with an outdoor dining area seating four! The St. Andrews pool is just a short walk away! The beach within Palmetto Dunes can be accessed within a couple of minutes by vehicle, ten minutes by bike, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort.

This property was in excellent condition. Very clean. Well maintained and up to date. The furniture is well cared for as well. when I return to HH for another vacation I hope I can request this same villa.
Enjoyed the view of the golf course. We had breakfast each morning on the patio.

Palmetto dunes in Hilton Head is our absolute favorite. We come every year with our family for a week. Sometime we stay for a week, just the two of us. St. Andrew’s commons is a perfect location for the smaller groups. It is quiet and beautiful. A great location, close to everything you need.

1872 St. Andrews Commons was a great choice for our HHI vacation. We were so pleased with the price, the cleanliness, the location (Palmetto Dunes is awesome),the bed was so comfortable and the amenities were perfect!
My only suggestion would be to upgrade the shower head.

Excellent property with cozy furnishings and everything you would need to cook at home. Not on the water but lovely grounds close to golf course. You walk out a little bit and can see spectacular sunsets. Felt right at home!
