There's everything to like in this fantastic Villamare oceanview condominium located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. The updates are numerous and apparent the moment you enter this lovely condo with its contemporary beach theme and Coretech luxury vinyl flooring throughout.
The kitchen shines with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen seats six comfortably. The living area features updated and comfortable furniture, HDTV and slider access to your private ocean view balcony.
The main bedroom has a king bed, separate seating area, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is wonderfully designed with a custom double vanity and spa-like tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the condominium is the second bedroom. This bedroom contains two double beds, HDTV, slider access to a private balcony and features an en-suite guest bathroom. The bathroom is updated with a custom granite vanity as well as a tub and shower combination.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.
No pets are allowed at this property.
**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by March 30th, 2026.

The room was spacious and meet all our needs. The views were wonderful for a first floor room. We had a few families stating in various rooms at Villamare. I loved the gas grill area a lot with multiple grills and plenty of seating with shade. We were able to have a family dinner and lunch of 19 people comfortably!

The resort and our rental was perfect. We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head.
The only negative I would mention is the Pledge to Pink campaign marketed a discount for staying at Palmetto Dunes and we did not receive a discount for our stay.

Rental was perfect. Excellent location. The pool was fabulous. The beach access was easy. Loved the convenience to everything. Walking distance to Alexander’s Restaurant, pickle ball courts and Dunes House. Palmetto Dunes staff very attentive. Great parking. Will definitely stay at this property again.

The property was beautiful, well-maintained and conveniently located to so many great restaurants and nightly entertainment spots. We will definitely stay here again! What a wonderful stay we had. Everything was perfect and we loved the location. When we arrived, our dryer was broken but they offered to dry our clothes for us so they helped make it right. We will be back!
